The hotel has a great location, right in the heart of Patong, close to the beach and nightlife. The rooms left much to be desired with noisy AC units and a constant damp smell, but the service was attentive and helpful. The dining experience was delightful, especially at The Port, and the facilities need an upgrade.
My stay at the hotel was simply splendid. The check-in process was smooth, and the newly renovated rooms I stayed in (1150-1157) were spacious, clean, and solid. The location was excellent, offering a perfect balance between being close to the action and providing a peaceful retreat. However, the dining options were somewhat limited, and better training for the staff is needed for enhanced service consistency.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were somewhat disappointing with older furniture, and the absence of certain 5-star amenities was noticeable. On the bright side, the hotel staff, including the guest relations receptionist Jazz, the bartender James Bond, and the housekeeping team, were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The location, though conveniently near the beach and city attractions, was undergoing renovations, which affected the overall ambiance of the hotel. The dining experience, despite having a vast selection of foods, was hindered by ongoing renovations. However, the customer service in accommodating special dietary needs was commendable.

The location couldn't be better for exploring Patong with everything within a few minutes' walk.
My stay in the Deluxe pool access room was fantastic. The location was perfect for beach trips, shopping, and dining. The room, although small, was spotless and having the pool right at my door made the upgrade worth it. However, the room not including breakfast was a downside in terms of value for money.
