The hotel is in a superb location, close to the center and with easy access to everything. The rooms, although still under renovation, show some wear and tear, with uncomfortable pillows and an air conditioner that needs improvement. However, the delayed readiness of the room upon arrival was a bit inconvenient. The service was outstanding, especially thanks to Jessica, Supa, Jasmine, and Fon at the Port Restaurant who went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. The friendly front desk and luggage staff always greeted us warmly. The location is very convenient, near Bangla Road, Jungceylon shopping center, and directly on Patong Beach. It was great that we could access three pools with swim-up bars without any street noise. However, the absence of Wi-Fi in the rooms was a downside. The dining experience was fantastic with a wide variety of delicious meals to choose from, making our stay even better. The facilities provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The dining experience was fantastic, with delicious food and friendly staff, although some improvements were needed. The hotel's facilities were simple yet satisfying.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was superb, just a stone's throw away from the beach and surrounded by a variety of restaurants. The service was top-notch, especially our favorite pool attendant Timmy, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time. The dining options were more than adequate, offering a wide selection of delicious dishes. However, the only downside was encountering a bit of laziness and rudeness from one staff member, Khun Sunisa, The Front Office Manager.

The hotel has spacious and comfortable rooms, albeit slightly outdated for a 4-star place. The service was exceptional, especially from staff members like Jumper, Kloy, Marvel & Ping, who truly ensure a memorable stay. The location is excellent, opposite Patong Beach and within walking distance to various attractions. The dining experience offers a great selection, led by the friendly and helpful team. Overall, a mix of outdated rooms but outstanding service and prime location.
